Eat less high-cholesterol food.</span><span style="font-size: small;"> Avoid canned goods as often as possible, as well as packaged goods, salt (use a nice mixture of spices instead) and most take-out and fast food.</span></p>

Light to moderate exercise can make your heart stronger and help you maintain a healthy body weight. </span><span style="font-size: small;">Get out there, get out there often and enjoy whatever it is you are physically doing. If you do not enjoy your physical activity, you will not implement it into your life permanently!</span></p>
