After all, that is what legs are for and if you refrain from using them, you will miss various health benefits associated with the joy of walking.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">Health professionals recommend 30 minutes of exercise four or five times per week, but if you are out of shape, you can start with a 5, 10 or 15-minute walk, and gradually work your way up to a half an hour.</span></p>

<p>You need to eat more often, say every 3 hours instead of 3 times a day. It allows your body to remain at a healthy state that never goes into starvation mode. Breakfast is crucial for healthy living so don&#8217;t skip it.</p>

<li>Get to Moving</li>
</ol>
<p>You need to be more active &#8211; move more. Use the stairs when you can, go for a walk on your lunch break. You can make movement fun &#8211; go dancing, play with your kids or pets &#8211; it doesn&#8217;t always have to be the dreadful jogging.</p>

<li>Stay Away From Drugs</li>
</ol>
<p>Not only narcotics, but stay away also from common drugs for anxiety, depression or insomnia.</p>
