<p><span style="font-size: small;">Follow the 6 simple steps to add exercise to your day.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">1. Walk instead of Ride: So simple yet effective, if you only have a 30-minute walk to get to your destination you should walk.</span><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">2. Stairs instead of Elevator: Simple again, when at work walk up stairs it is much better exercise than standing in a lift.</span><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">3. Allow time for exercise: If you allow just 1 hour </span><span style="font-size: small;">exercising</span><span style="font-size: small;"> a day than you will feel the difference.</span><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">4. Get a gym pass: If you have one the chances are you will use it. If you have a </span><span style="font-size: small;">nearby</span><span style="font-size: small;"> gym</span><span style="font-size: small;">,</span><span style="font-size: small;"> there is no reason why you couldn&#8217;t fit in 30 minutes a night.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">5. Combine Social and Exercise: Go out and play sport with friends and socialize while exercising!</span><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">6. Combine TV and Exercise: This one is great, why not run on the spot, jog, and jumping or even dance while watching TV?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">There are many forms of exercise you can partake in, so try and find something you enjoy doing e.g. participating in a sport. If you don&#8217;t enjoy the exercise you are doing it will make it very difficult to keep yourself motivated to continue with the exercise schedule.</span></p>
