From the first part, we know that wearing colorful contact lens will cause eye inflammation easily, especially the cornea. Because the lens contact the cornea, that is the main reason why that kind of lens called contact lens. Well, for this reason, the lens brings about some problems at the same time.

As an old saying goes, every coin has two sides. The colorful contact lens brings about both beauty and some annoying hurts to eyes. If the cornea is damaged, even a little, there will be infection or ulcer. The damage makes eyes’ immunity decreased and therefore eyes are inclined to be infected by bacteria outside, the contact lens or the liquid medicine for washing the lens. The symptoms are more tears, blurred horizon, uncomfortable feelings, red eyeballs, being afraid of light, etc. In the worst condition, some white spots will form at the cornea and affect the eyesight. To absorb more oxygen, the blood vessels of the cornea will grow abnormally in the situation being short of oxygen for a long period, which are possible to cause blindness.
